Come experience the magic of my homeland, Puerto Rico.

Have you ever watched a travel show and wished you could step inside the screen?

As a chef and restaurateur, and a native Puerto Rican, I can access unique experiences all over the island that are not typically available to tourists. You will experience Puerto Rico like a local!

I’ve guided friends and relatives on trips abroad to create priceless memories. Now, I want to share that with you – so that you, too, can have that feeling of living inside a show on the Travel Channel.

Join me on a Tour of Puerto Rico this February 2026!

During 5 days and 4 nights, we will tour highlights of the island of Puerto Rico, including the colonial city of Old San Juan, local beaches, and the central mountains near my hometown of Caguas!

We will stay in a luxury house steps away from the beach and just a few minutes’ drive to everything San Juan has to offer.

Prepare for unforgettable dining and outdoor experiences, tours of the city and nature, and the best coffee and rum on the planet. You’ll cook some classic Puerto Rican with dishes with me and learn about the history and beauty of my island.

This intimate group travel experience is limited to 8 guests.

A little more about me:

I spent the first 17 years of my life growing up in Puerto Rico. I explored first with my Dad and later as a teenager with a learner’s permit, jumping in the car to find the island’s hotspots.

Fast forward 20 years: I’ve explored so many of the hidden gems of Puerto Rico and introduced my husband Darcy to most of them!

Now you can benefit from my lifelong exploration and local connections. I’ll introduce you to completely unique experiences around the island.

As a traveler, I am intrepid and energetic with a well-honed sense of adventure and a knack for problem solving that comes in very handy!

My trips are structured yet relaxed — you can rely on me for plans that balance adventure and chill! I will take us to unique, beautiful experiences with my local connections.

My mission when I travel is to create memorable experiences, connect with likeminded people across the world, and immerse myself in the local culture.

Here’s a sample itinerary…

  • Day 1: Welcome to Puerto Rico and our home away from home

Arrive in San Juan, meet up for welcome drinks in the placita, then head to the home we’ll be sharing for the week to enjoy an authentic Puerto Rican welcome feast, cooked by yours truly!

After dinner, Papi (my Dad) will teach a master class in dominoes and we’ll have a chance to play a rum-soaked tournament, in the style of ellos vs. nosotros.

  • Day 2: Farmer's market tour and cooking class, rum distillery tour

Enjoy breakfast at the house, then we’ll travel back to La Placita de Santurce to experience it during the day, in its other form as a classic farmer’s market featuring goods from the island. We’ll get lunch locally then, we’ll get out of the city to a local artisanal rum distillery, making rum with sugarcane from the island. After the distillery tour and rum tasting, it’s back to the house. With our local goodies from the market, I’ll lead a Criollo cooking class for everyone for dinner.

  • Day 3: Beach day in Loiza featuring fritanga

Time to hit the sand and the waves! After a quick breakfast we’ll pack some beach snacks and head to Loiza to lounge for a few hours. Next stop is the local fritanga kiosks in Piñones where they make a variety of traditional beach snacks. Sample some of the best fried food around and enjoy more time around the beach, then we’ll head back to the house for rest and dinner.

  • Day 4: Farm Tour & Traditional BBQ Lunch

Start with breakfast at the house before we drive to a local farm for a tour in the Central Mountains of the island. We’ll do lunch at a traditional Puerto Rican BBQ restaurant. Dinner will be served at our place.

  • Day 5: Tour of Old San Juan and Goodbyes :-(

Enjoy breakfast at our place and then prepare our souvenirs and pack up. We’ll do a walking tour of Old San Juan culminating in a send off dinner before we head to the airport.
